2000, and Dennis Joffre Besson, Joseph Frank Besson, and Jeffrey Jean Besson grant for
valuable consideration to the City of Gilroy certain real property described in the attached
legal description was recorded in the Office of the Santa Clara County Recorder as
Document No. 17941398 on August 10, 2004. The Grant Deed is being re-recorded to
correct a technical deficiency in the Certificate of Acceptance executed on behalf of the
City of Gilroy pursuant to Cal. Government Code section 27281.

created by Declaration of Trust dated July 18, 2000; and Dennis Joffie Besson, Joseph Frank
Besson, and Jeffiey Jean Besson, devisees
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated
July 27,2004 from George Grant Besson, Jr. and Martha Jean Besson, Trustees of that certain
revocable trust created by Declaration of Trust dated July 18,2000; and Dennis Joffie Besson,
Joseph Frank Besson, and Jeffiey Jean Besson, devisees, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on
behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2004-20 of the City
of Gilroy adopted March 15,2004, a certified copy of which resolution is on record in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document # 17703402,
