THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE CITY OF GILROY ,COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly side of Seventh Street in the City of Gilroy distant thereon 77.24 feet Easterly from the
point of intersection of the Northerly line of Seventh Street with the Easterly line of Eigleberry Street, and running thence
Northerly and along the Westerly line of Lot 13 in Block 1 South, Range 1 West of the City of Gilroy, as the same is shown on
Map No.5 accompanying the report of the referees in the partition suit of Henry Miller et vs. Massey Thomas, et ai, in the
Superior Court of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, a distance of 61.70 feet; thence Easterly and along the

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Quit Claim Deed dated
June 29, 2005 from The Estate of Baleriana Oyao, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation
of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the
City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2004-20 of the City of Gilroy
adopted March 15,2004, a certified copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document #17703402, dated
April 6, 2004 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
