consideration, receipt of which Is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant
to C[TV OF GllROY~ a Municipal Corporation in the County of Santa Clara,
that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the point of Intersection of the Southwesterly
prolongation of the center line of Ninth Street as said street
is shown upon Map No.8 accompanying the Final Report of the
Referees in the Partition Action of Henry Miller, et aI, vs.
Massey Thomas, et aI, Case No. 5536 had in the Superior Court
of the State of California, in and for the County of Santa
Clara, with the Westerly City limits of the City of Gilroy,
and running thence North 690 591 30" East along said South-
westerly prolongation of Ninth Street 110.00 feet; thence
North 200 OOn West a distance of 70.00 feet; thence South 690
59' 30" West a distance of 110.00 feet to the Westerly City
limits of the City of Gilroy; thence South 200 00' East along
the Westerly City limits of the City of Gilroy a distance of
~ 70.00 feet to the point of beginning.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
