RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 28
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED.
BE I': RESOLVED by the City Council that the l-1ayor and
City Clerk of the City of Gilroy be and they are hereby authorized
to execute a Grant Deed in favor of CRAIG P. BELL, JR., and CHRIS
WILLIAMS, who recently paid cash for the Old Fire House property
owned by the City of Gilroy and located at 55 Fifth Street, Gilroy,
California. This property was offered at public bid at the regular
Council Meeting of March 5, 1979. The above named p,rantees were the
successful bidders.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this reso-
lution be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1979, by the
