VACATION OF A PORTION OF
CHESTNUT STREET
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California and being a portion of that Parcel of Land conveyed to the City of Gilroy in
that certain Grant Deed recorded December 29, 1972 in Book 0172 at Page 458, Santa
Clara County Records, more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Parcel conveyed, said corner also being on the
southerly line of Banes Lane as shown on that certain Record of Survey Map filed for
record on June 5, 1980 in Book 464 of Maps at Page 30, Santa Clara County Records.
Thence from said Point of Beginning along the southerly line of Banes Lane, South
89051 '11" East, 17.27 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant 43.00 feet
westerly measured at right angles from the centerline of Chestnut Street;
Thence leaving said southerly line and continuing along said parallel line, South
03 000' 41" East, 48.97 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Parcel and also being a
point of cusp;
Thence along said westerly line on the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of20.00
feet, through a central angle of 86050'30" an arc distance of30.31 feet;
Thence continuing along said westerly line, North 00008' 49" East, 30.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
