17 for instructions came on regularly for hearing. this day. On proof
18 made to the satisfaction of the Court, the Court finds that all
19 notices of the hearing have been duly given as required by law, and
20 that the facts alleged in the petition are true, and grants the
21 petition as follows:

IT IS ORDERED that JOSEPH CHRISTENSEN, as Executor of the
23 Will of ALICE GRIPENSTRAW, aka ALICE R. GRIPENSTRAW, deceased, is
24 instructed to execute a sewer pipeline easement through lands of
25 the estate of the above-named decedent with the City of Gilroy, and
26 is instructed to execute grant deeds in the form set forth in
27
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof,
28 to the City of Gilroy.

ing a sanitary sewer pipe line under, over, on and across a strip
of land 10.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is more parti-

BEGINNING at a point in the line common to Lots.16

shown on said Map, and running thence parallel with
