BEING a por-tion of Lot 7 as shown on "Map of the Lion Ranch",
I;vbich map is filed for Record in Book "P" of Maps at pages 46
through 50, Records of Santa Clara County, California, and
being a temporary working right of way for the purpose of
constructing a sanitary sewer pipe line over, on 2nd across
the northeasterly 20.00 feet of that certain p~rcel of land
conv~yed to Lucky Livestock Company, 2 corporation, by deed
recorded February 23, 1962 in Book 5477 of Official Records
at page 269 and extending from the southeasterly line to the
northwesterly line of said parcel of land. All rights of the
City of Gilroy in and to said temporary working i:-ight of way
shall terminate upon acceptance or said sewer line from the
contractor by the City of Gilroy.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GilROY
BY LUCky Livestock Company etc.
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
City the conveyance to the Ci ty of G i I roy by

of the premises described in the attached
conveyance dated the 15th day of
