BEING a portion of Lots 4 and 7 as shown on "Map of the Lion
RanchH, \vhich map is filed for Record in Book "P" of Haps at
pages 46 through 50, Records of Santa Clara County, California,
and being a temporary working right of way for the purpose of
constructing a sani~ary sewer pipe line over, on and across
the northeasterly 20.00 feet or that certain parcel of land
described in the Deed to the Depart~ent of Veterans Affairs of
the State of California, Recorded July 5, 1957 in Book 3837 or
Official Records at page 526, and extending from the south-
easterly line to the northwesteriy line of said parcel of land.
All right of the City of Gilroy in and to said temporary working
rights of way shall terminate upon the acceptance of said sewer
line from the contractor by the City of Gilroy.
