All that certain Real Property in the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a Sycamore tree 30" in diameter on the Westerly bank of
Washerwoman's Creek at the common corner of lands of Crews and Wentz and on the
Easterly line of lands of Shepherd, and running thence along the Southerly line
of Wentz's land North 290 5' East 28.82 chains; thence North 380 45' East 4.65
chains to the Southwesterly line of Frazier Lake Road; thence along said line of
said Road South 500 15' East 6.44 chains and South 310 40' East 13.09 chains to
the Northwest line of land of Bruen; thence along said line South 450 20' West
31.67 chains; and thence North 350 30' West 10.70 chains to the place of
beginning.
