This quitclaim deed is executed by the undersigned to give notice that the Deferred Improvement
Agreement filed February 24, 1995 in Book N770 page 1054 in the Official Records, Santa Clara
County, is hereby terminated and that the terms, conditions and provisions set forth therein shall have
no further force or effect upon the land affected thereby nor of the owners of said land or their
successors in interest.
