FINAL JUDGMENT OF CONDEMNATION AS TO PARCEL A It appearing, and the Court finds, that the award contained 1n the Interlocutory Judgment of Condemnation for the taking of the fee simple title for street a.nd public utility purposes in and to Pa.reel A, more particularly described in Exhibit HA", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, has been paid into Court for the benefit of defendant Refugia Gomez, and it further appearing that possess- ion of said property for said purposes was taken on or about August 21, 1966, pursuant to Order for Immediate Possession and Use entered in said proceeding, and the Court being fully informed, and good cause appearing therefor: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the fee simple title for stTeet B.nd public utility purposes in and to Parcel A, will vest in plaintiff free and discharged of all claims and liens of every kind whatsoever forthwith upon recordation of the within Final Judgment.
