Incorporated, a California corporation, to Conagra, Inc., a Delaware corporation, recorded as
Recorder's Document Number 13425222, Santa Clara COlmly Records descn'bed as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the westerly ]ine of said Parcel One with the
southerly line oftbat certain 2.479 acre parcel ofland described in the Deed from Ella K. Hosang,
a widow, to the State ofCalifomia recorded April 3, 1958 in Book 4044 ofOflicial Records at
page 362 Santa Clara Co1Dlty Records; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, along said
southerly line from a tangent bearing of S80"35'15"E along a curve to the right with a radius of
