City of Gilroy, a public entity, (hereinafter referred to as City) does hereby Remise, Release and
Forever Quitclaim and Release any present and after Acquired Title to the Santa Clara Valley
Transportation Authority, (hereinafter referred to as VTA), in and to ml that rem property in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in
Exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof, which descriptions by these references are
incorporated herein.
City, by this reservation, does not accept an obligation for the repair or maintenance of any
bridge, roadway, or other structure installed by VT A.
In Witness whereof, said corporation has caused its corporate name to be hereunto
subscribed and its corporate seal to be afTned hereto, this 8th day

All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California being
portions of Parcels Nine, Four and Twelve as described in the Deed from Gilroy Foods, Incorporated, a
California corporation, to Conagra, Inc., a Delaware corporation recorded August 29, 1996 as Recorder's
Document Number 13425222, Santa Clara County Records and a portion of the lands shown on that
certain Parcel Map filed for record in Book 560 of Maps at pages 12 and 13, Santa Clara County Records
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest comer of said Parcel Nine; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING,
along the northerly line of said Parcel Nine N88006'46"E 3.849 meters to the northeast comer of said
Parcel Nine; thence along the northerly line of said Parcels Twelve and Four N88031 '26"E 88.674 meters
to the northwesterly comer of said lands shown on said Parcel Map; thence along the northerly line of
said lands the following courses: N88008'55"E 134.945 meters; S88046'10"E 119.313 meters; from a
tangent bearing of S88048'14"E along a curve to the right with a radius of'899.171 meters, through a
central angle of 0058'51" for an arc length of 15.391 meters to the northeast comer of said lands shown on
