AS A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT

ALL THAT REAL PROPERTY situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California and being a portion of Lot 6 as shown on the "Map of the Subdivision
ofthe Elizabeth-H-Martin-Tract", filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of Santa
Clara County in Book F of Maps, at Page 31. More particularly described as follows:
A 10.00-foot wide strip ofland, tOOOOhe South line of which is described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the East line of Camino Arroyo, a public road, said point
also being the Northwest corner of that certain parcel ofland granted from Machado et.
al. to the City of Gilroy on March 22, 2002 in Document No. 16172655 of official
records; thence along the East line of said Camino Arroyo, North 030 22' 42" West 10.26
feet (3.127 meters), thence following the arc of a 1,072.00 foot (326.746 meter) radius
curve concave to the West through a central angle of 01 046' 56", the chord of which
bears North 04032' 36" West 33.34 feet (10.162 meters) to the true point of beginning;
Thence from said point of beginning along the arc of a 40.00 foot (12.192 meter) radius
curve, concave to the Northeast, from a radial line that bears North 840 33'56"East,
through a central angel of790 09' 42", the chord of which bears South 45000' 55" East
50.97 feet (15.536 meters); thence parallel to the South line of said City of Gilroy parcel
ofland, being 10.00 feet (3.048 meters) North, measured at right angles, South 840 35'
46" East 184.91 feet (56.361 meters); thence along the arc ofa Tangent 149.03 foot
(45.424 meter) curve, concave to the South, through a central angel of 090 56' 28", the
chord of which bears South 79037' 32" East 25.83 feet (7.873 meters); thence South 740
39' 18" East 47.85 feet (14.585 meters) to a point on the North line of said City of Gilroy
property and end of this description.
Said property contains 3,078 square feet or 0.07 acres.
