Cl.ara County Records, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northerly corner of said Lot 1 at the
intersection of the southerly line of Old Gilroy Street and the
westerly line of Forest Street; thence along a tangent of a 20
foot radius curve and the westerly right of way of Forest Street,
S 200 E, 14.32 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of N 200 W,
along the arc of the 20 foot radius curve to the left, through a
