All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly comer of that certain parcel of land conveyed to
Mahmoud Kamangar and Monir Kamangar, husband and wife, as community
property, by deed recorded August 23, 1994 in Book N568 of Official Records at pages
1903 and 1904, Santa Clara County Records; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING
along the Northerly line of said parcel S89045'15"E 292.35 feet to the Northeasterly
comer of said parcel conveyed to Kamangar; thence leaving said Northerly line along
the Easterly line of said parcel S04056'45"W 46.16 feet; thence leaving said Easterly line
the following courses: N89045'15"W 90.51 feet; along a tangent curve to the right with a
radius of 311.00 feet through a central angle of 7024'07" for an arc length of 40.18 feet to
a point of reverse curvature; along a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 289.00 feet
through a central angle of 7024'07" for an arc length of 37.34 feet; and N89045'15"W
124.13 feet to a point in the Westerly line of said parcel conveyed to Kamangar; thence
along said Westerly line N04056'45"E 41.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with an easement for public utility purposes under, over or upon that certain
strip of land of a uniform width of 10.00 feet lying adjacent to and Southerly of the
