LOT 58, as delineated upon that certain Map entitled "Map of Jas. A. Clayton &
Co.'s Subdivision of a part of Las Animas Ranch Lot No. 55, being a portion of
the Las Animas Rancho, Santa Clara County, California", filed for record in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on May
24th, 1926 in Book U of Maps, at Page 54, 55 and 56.
Excepting therefrom all that portion thereof conveyed by J.E. Ayer, et al to
Sven Pedersen adn Marion Pedersen his wife, by deed dated March 14, 1953, re
orded April 3, 1953 in Book 2612 of Official Records, page 83, and being
described as follows:
Being a portion of Ranch Lot 55 of the Las Animas Rancho as shown on Map No. 7
accompanying the Report of the Referees in the Las Animas Rancho Partition Suit,
action no. 5536, had in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and
for the County of Santa Clara, and being also a portion of Lot 58 of the Jas. A.
Clayton & Co.s Subdivision of said ranch Lot 55, Map of which is recorded in
Book U of Maps, pages 54, 55 and 56, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 55, as shown on said map
designated as SB2M being also the most Easterly corner of Ranch Lot 52, as shown
