KEITH HALL CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, hereby
grants to THE CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation, the following described
real property in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California:
BEING a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed from
W. B. and Bess E. Stuart to John G. and Catherine M. Glover,
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara
County, California on October 14, 1955 in Book 3305 of Official
Records at page 130 therein and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1" pipe at the easterly common corner of Lots
15 and 16 in the center line of Avenue H (also known as Wren
Avenue) as said lots and avenue are shown on the map entitled,
"Map of Henry Mi11er1s Subdivision of Las Animas Ranch Lot 23",
filed for record in Book "H" of maps at page 5 therein, recorded
in the Office of the said County Recorder~ thence along said
center line south 10 001 west 168.16 feet to a 1-inch pipe;
thence north 890 011 west 45.71 feet on a line parallel with
the 1 ine dividing said Lots 15 and 16; thence north 30 371 43"
east 168.34 feet to the point of intersection with said line
dividing Lots 15 and 16; thence along said line dividing Lots
15 and 16 south 890 011 east 37.99 feet to the point of beginning.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GILROY
BY KEITH HALL CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara. State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said

City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by Keith Hall Corporation
of California
of the premises described in the attached
conveyance dated the 22nd day of
