GRANT DEED
Maxine M. Kent, individually, and Maxine M. Kent and Andrew S. Berwick, Jr.
as co-Trustees for the John M. Kent and Maxine M. Kent Trust, dated
November 12, 1980, do hereby grant to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
corporation all of that certain parcel of land situate in the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of Uvas Park
Drive as shown on that certain map entitled, "0fficial Plan Lines for
Uvas Park Drive," filed in the Office of the County Recorder on May 11, 1982
in Book 8 of Plan Line Maps at page 11, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of Tract No. 5154 as shown upon
the map of said tract filed in Book 354 of maps at pages 13 and 14,
Santa Clara County Records; thence westerly along the southerly line
of said Tract No. 5154 North 730 321 30" West 217.67 feet, thence
along a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 545.00 feet,
through an angle of 190 151 03" for a distance of 183.12 feet to the
southwesterly corner of said Tract 5154; thence leaving said southerly
line along the southerly extension of the westerly line of said Tract
5154 South 40 221 42" West 113.89 feet; thence leaving said southerly
extension of said westerly line from a tangent which bears North
300 261 ~9" East along a curve to the left, having a radius of 645.00
feet, through an angle of 130 581 59" for a distance of 157.41 feet;
thence South 730 321 30" East 217.67 feet; thence along a tangent
curve to theleft of radius 950.00 feet through a central angle of
10 161 28" for a di stance of 21,13 feet to a poi nt in the southerly
extension of the most easterly line of said Tract No. 5154; thence
northerly along said southerly extension of said easterly line North
North 40 301 00" East 101.98 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, contain-
ing 0.914 acre of land more or less.

Council of the City of Gilroy on the 18th day of July, 1983, at a regular
meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which resolution is on record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book and Page 7755622, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby
