report of the commissioners in Henry Miller et aI, Plaintiffs vs.
Massey Thomas, et al defendants in the Superior Court of the State
of California in and for the County of Santa Clara, Case No. 5536,
and being the same parcel of land conveyed by Melissa A. Morey to
Gilroy Farmers Union Corporated, a Corporation, by deed dated May
17, 1915 and recorded May 25, 1915 in Book 428 of Deeds, Page 522,
Santa Clara County Records, described as follows:

construction purposes and incidentals thereto, upon,

the County of Santa Clara, State of California; thence along said
Northerly line of Leavesley Road S.65018'08I1W., 550.20 feet to the
True Point of Commencement; thence from said True Poin~ of
Commencement N.65018'08I1E., 40.51 feet; thence N.24047'00"W., 10.00
feet; thence S.65018'08"W., 39.97 feet; thence S.21041'52I1E., 10.01
feet to the True Point of Commencement.
