All that certain real property situate in the City of
Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and
being a portion of Lot VIla and Vlb, as shown on Map No. 8
accompanying the Final Report of the Referees in the
Partition of the Las Animas Rancho in the Sup~rior Court
of the State of California, in and for the County of
Santa Clara, Case No. 5536, and being a strip of land
approximately 793.00 feet in length required for the widening
of Murray Avenue to a 75 foot width, and being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe marking the Northwesterly
corner of that certain 10.011 acre parcel of land conveyed
to Lee Chew Fon Company and Hawaii and San Francisco Investment
Company by Grant Deed from Carl E. and Diane M. Bozzo, and
Albert and Bernice Filice filed for record in the Office of
the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, California, in
Book 7479 of Official Records, at page 534 therein;
thence along the Westerly line of said 10.011 acres parcel
of land, being also the Easterly line of Murray Avenue
(60 feet wide) S260 l8'E, 793.15 feet;
thence leaving said Easterly line, N600 45'E, 15.02 feet;
thence N260 18' OO"W, 792.32 feet along a parallel line
15 feet Easterly of said Easterly line of Murray Avenue, to the
point of intersection with the Northerly line of said 10.011 acre
parcel of land;
thence along said Northerly line, S640 40'W, .15.00 feet
to the point of beginning, and containing 0.273 acres of land,
more or less.

BY LEE CHEW FON CO.. A PARTNERSHIP. & HAWAII & SAN FRANCISCO
INVESTMENT CO., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION.
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Lee Chew Fan Co., a partnership; & Hawaii and San
Francisco Investment Co.. a California Corporation of the premises
described in the attached conveyance dated the 26th day of
Januarv
, 1912-. and that the said City of Gilroy
consents to the recordation of said conveyance.
