GRANT DEED
(CORPORATION)
LO BUE PACKING CO., INC. a corporation organized and existing under and
by virtue of the laws of the State of California, does hereby GRANT to the City
of Gilroy, a Municipal Corporation, all that real property in the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as:
BEING a portion of the Las Animas Ranch Lot 25 as shown on Map No. 7
accompanying the Final Report of the Referees in the Las Animas
Rancho Partition Suit, Action.No. 5536 had in the Superior Court of
the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, and
being a right of way for Road Purposes over, on and across a strip
of land 50.00 feet in width, the northerly line of which is more
particularly described as follows:
"BEGINNING at a point. in the southwesterly line of
the State Highway IV~~CI-2 (U.S. 101) at the inter-
section thereof withtthe northerly 1 ine of that
certa in 32.652 acre ti-act.of 1 and conveyed to
Arthur H. Buehler by.Deed from M.~. Thomas recorded
in Volume 307 at pagEC463, Official Records of Santa C
Clara County, and running ,thence along said northerly
line S. 880361W. 400.00 feet to the northwesterly
corner of the lands of the LoBue Packing Company as
described in the deed recorded in the Office of the
Recorded of Santa Clara County under file No. 1060129."
