tion and maintenance of a drainage ditch and other public utilities over,
under, on and across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the northeasterly
line of which is more particularly described as follows:
IIBEGINNING at the most southerly corner of that certain tract of
land described in the deed from Sam Garbini, et ux, to Sam Garbini,
et ux, recorded August 18, 1951, in Volume 5269 at Page 99, Official
Records of Santa Clara County, and running thence along the south-
westerly line of said tract of land N. 260 18' W. 1532.39 feet to
the most southerly corner of that certain parcel of land deeded to
the County of Santa Clpra for the widening of Leavesley Road by
Dennis Debell, et al, and recorded in Volume 6494 at page 534,

BEGINNING at the Easternmost corner of Parcel E, as said Parcel is
shown upon that certain Map entitled, "Record of Survey Leavesley
Road Widening", which Map was filed for record in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on
December 14, 1962 in Book 155 of Maps, at page 24, in the Northeasterly
line of that certain tract of land described in the Deed from Angelo
Mangano to Thomas Mangano, dated November 14, 1960, recorded November
17, 1960 in Book 4985 Official Records, page 410, Santa Clara County
Records; thence from said point of beginning South 260 18' East along
said Northeasterly line of land so described in the Deed to said
Mangano and its Southeasterly prolongation for a distance of 210.73
feet to the point of intersection thereof with the Northwesterly line
