filed for record in Book F-2 of Maps at page 46, Records of
Santa Clara County, and running thence along the northerly
line of Lot 7 S. 8g0 SOl W. 1730.25 feet; thence leaving said
northerly line and running thence N. 00 101 W. 23.76 feet to
the northerly line of that certain 23.76 foot right of way
shown on Record of Survey Map filed for Record in Book 203 of
Maps at page 43, Records of Santa Clara County; thence along
the northerly line of said right of way N. 8g0 501 E. 1732.27
feet, more or less, to the intersection thereof with the
center line of Morey Avenue (being also the easterly line of
the Solis Rancho); thence along said centerline S. 40 561 W.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GILROY
BY Henry Mantelli and Carla Mantelli, his wife
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by Henry Mantelli and
Carla Mantelli, his wife
of the premises described in the attached
conveyance dated the 8th
day of
September
1970 ,and
that the said City of Gilroy consents to the recordation of said con-
veyance.
