COMMENCING at the most southeasterly corner of Lot 32, said lot
as shown upon the above referenced map, said POINT OF
COMMENCEMENT also being on the westerly side of Rancho Hills
Drive 70.00 Feet wide;
Thence, from said Point of Commencement leaving the southeasterly
