A portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Grant Deed fram
John W. Scherrer to Edward W. Mattos and Maryann R. Mattos filed for
record on November 6, 1985 in the Office of the County Recorder of
Santa Clara County in Book J5ll, Official Records, page 2029, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at the point of intersection of the southerly
line of First Street (80 f~et wide) with the westerly line of Church
Street (75 feet wide), running thence southerly along the said westerly
line, S 200 00' E, 3.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence continuing along the westerly line of Church Street, S 200 00' E,
119.65 feet; tpence at'right angles, S 700 00' W, 5.50 feet; thence
parallel to the westerly line of Church Street, N 200 00' W, 99.65
feet to the point of tangency with a 20 foot radius curve to the left;

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby certify
that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 83-55, adopted by the
Council of the City of Gilroy on the 18th day of July, 1983, at a regular
meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which resolution is on record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book and Page 7755622, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby
accept on behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Edward W. Mattos and Maryann R. Mattos, husband and wife
of the premises described in the attached"
