Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of
Santa Clara, and being more particularty a strip of land 75.00
feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:
"BEGINNING at a point in the northwesterly line of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to Theodore Nauer and Ann
Nauer, his wife, by deed from Ralph Plymire, et ux, recorded
May 13, 1953 in Volume 2641 at page 373, Official Records
of Santa Clara County distant thereon N. 700 E. 375.29 feet
from the most southerly corner thereof, and running thence
S. 200 E. 139.66 feet, more or less, to a point in the south-
easterly line thereof from which the most westerly corner of
the certain 1.886 acre parcel of land conveyed to J. M.
Howson, et ux, by deed recorded July 17, 1952 in Volume
2453 of Official Records at page 383 bears S. 680 451 W.
198.19 feet."
Surveyed, monurnented, and described in December 1961, by
Walter J. Hanna Jr., City Engineer, City of Gilroy.

VEYING PREMISES CONSTITUTING A PORTION OF THE
NORTHERLY EXTENS ION OF CHURCH STREET TO WELBURli
AVENUE TO THE C I'l'Y OF GILROY.
BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF GILROY does hereby
accept the attached Deed from Theodore Nauer and Ann Nauer,
his wife, conveying what is known as a portion of the Northerly
extension of Church street to Welburn Avenue to the city of
Gilroy and consents to its recordation.
