Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwesterly line of Chestnut Street with the
northwesterly line of Ninth Street, being also the most easterly corner of that certain
Parcel of land conveyed to National Fiberglass Corporation, a California Corporation, .
by Deed recorded February 4, 1959 in Book 4312 at page 547, Official Records of Santa
Clara County, and running thence along the southwesterly line of Chestnut Street and the
northeasterly line of said Parcel N.20000'W. 20.00 feet; thence along a curve to the
right with a radius of 20.00 feet from a tangent bearing of S. 20.000'E.,through a
