right of way for ingress and egress, public utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas,
communications, T.V., water, sanitary sewers, storm drains and their necessary appurtenances,
and street purposes under, over, on and across the following described parcel of land:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly right of way line of Farrell A venue from which the
