THE NORTHERLY 10000 feet of Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, in Block 6, North
Range 6 West, as shown upon that certain Map entitled, "Map of the
Loupe et al Northern Addition to the City of Gilroy" which Map was
filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California on June 5, 1888 in Book D of Maps, at page 5.
THIS DEED IS MADE AND ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:
The Grantors and Grantees agree that the existing building at the
rear of Lots 15 and 16 shall be permitted to encroach upon the
above described property so long as said building remains in
existence, but that all future construction shall have standard
set backs from lot lines.
