LIMA, AND CALIAGHAN, ET ALS, TO CITY OF GILROY
OF CERTAIN PREMISES IN THE CITY OF GILROY
BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Gilroy does hereby accept
the attached deed from John Peters and Ratty Peters, his wife;
James B. Lima and Grace Lima, his wife; and H. J. Callaghan and
Emma Callaghan, his wife, conveying to the City of Gilroy certain
premises in said City described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of Monterey Street
distant thereon 133.40 feet Northerly from the point of inter-
