west 149.22 feet from the Southwesterly line of Monterey Street, as
said Lots, Block and Street are shown upon the Map above referred to,
said point of beginning also being the Easternmost corner of that
certain tract of land described in the Deed from Henry J. Schilling
et ux to Arthur W. SChilling, et ux, dated September 15, 1944,
recorded September 15, 1944 in Book 1225 Official Records, page 1,
Santa Clara County Records; thence from said point of beginning North
230 21' 20" West along the Northeasterly line of land so described in
the Deed to said Schilling for a distance of 75.89 feet to an iron
pipe set at the Northernmost corner thereofl thence North 190 56' 20"
West 125.12 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of First
Street, as said Street is shown upon the Map above referred to; thence
North 700 00' East along the said Southeasterly line of Frist Street
for a distance of 16.00 feet; thence South 190 56' 20" East 124.66
feet; thence South 230 21' 20" East 76.50 feet 'to an iron pipe set
in the said dividin~ line between Lots 1 and 2; thence South 700 31'
40" West along said last mentioned line 16.04 feet to the point of
beginning. .
