California, being a strip of land of a uniform width of 46.00 feet, the Northerly line of
which is the Northerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Manuel Fernando
Rocha and Jody Lynn Rocha, husband and wife as joint tenants, by deed recorded
November 1, 1995 in Book P068 of Official Records at pages 0252 and 0253.
Said parcel is bounded on the West and East by the Westerly and Easterly lines,
