Being a portion of Lot 3 Rlock 2, as shown on that certain
Map entitled "Map of North Gilroy Tract" p. tv'hich was filed
for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, on October 3, 1927 in
Book "w" of Maps at l?age(s) 14 and 15; being a parcel of
land for dedication to the City of Gilroy for street and
roadway purposes" being more particularly c1escribed as

copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
nonald W. Beams and Lucille F. Beams of the premises
