line of Welburn Avenue, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Parcel 2 on
the southerly right of way of Welburn Avenue 30 feet from
the centerline, as said parcel and avenue are shown on a
parcel map recorded June 7,1977 in Book 398 of Maps, page
24, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the
northeasterly line of said Parcel 2, S 190 55' 30" E, 5.28
feet; then parallel and five feet distant from the southerly
line of Welburn Avenue, S 880 50' 30" W, 182.02 feet to the
point of tangency with a 365 foot radius curve to the left;
thence along the arc of said curve, through a central angle
of 16030' OS", an arc length of 105.12 feet to the point of
compound curvature with a 30 foot radius curve to the left;
thence along the arc of said curve, through a central angle
of 920 20' 29", an arc length of 48.35 feet to a point
tangent ~ith the easterly right of way of Church Street (70

that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 83-55, adopted by the
Council of the City of Gilroy on the 18th day of July, 1983, at a regular
meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which resolution is on record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book and Page 7755622, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby
accept on behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by ___
