BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the
City of Gilroy, that the said City of Gilroy hereby accepts the
conveyance hereto attached and consents to the recordation there-
of. Said conveyance grants to the City of Gilroy Lot 12 in
Block 5 North Range 7 West of the James A. Clayton & Co's Addition
to the City of Gilroy, and wherein HARRY C. SCHOLTEN and LIBBIE A.
SCHOLTEN, his wife, are Grantors, and the CITY OF GILROY, a
Municipal Corporation, is Grantee.
Passed, approved and adopted this 2nd day of September,
1947, at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of
Gilroy.
