GRANT DEED AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Shell Oil Company, does hereby grant to the City of Gilroy all that real property in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, which description is
by this reference incorporated herein.
Together with a temporary construction easement for the widening ofWelburn
Avenue. Said temporary construction easement shall commence on March 1, 1996 and
shall terminate on December 31, 1997. Said temporary construction easement is more
particularly described as follows:
