Beginning at the northwest comer of said Parcel 'B'; thence along the northerly line of said Parcel East
388.62 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 20 feet, through a
central angle of 89052'30", an arc distance of 31.37 feet to the most northeasterly comer thereof; thence
leaving said northerly line along the easterly line of said Parcel South 0007'30" West 100.00 feet to the
southeasterly comer thereof; thence leaving said easterly line along the common line between Parcels 'B'
and 'c' of said Map on a non-tangent curve to the left from a tangent bearing North 0007'30" East, with a

accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority
