RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AC:EPTING
CONVEYANCE FROM JOHN H. STELLING AND INEZ E. STELLING
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Gilroy does hereby except
the conveyance of an easement and right-af-way from JOHN H. STELLING
and INEZ E. STELLING to said City of Gilroy dated August 12th, 1963,
and which is attached to this resolution.
