Corporation Grant Deed for Terry Concrete, Inc. to Charles
D. Tatro, a married man, filed for record in the Office of
the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, California, on
December 29, 1983 in Book 1189 of Official Records at page
202 therein; and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Murray Avenue,
distant thereon N 220 20t W, 169.40 feet from a brass plug
set at the point of intersection of the said centerline of
Murray Avenue with the centerline of Leavesley Road, as said
Avenue and Road are described in the deed above referred to;
running thence N 220 20t W along the said centerline of Murray
Avenue, 71.05 feet; thence leaving said last named line and
running S 670 40' W, 43.00 feet to the point of intersection
with the proposed westerly line of Murray Avenue (43 feet
from centerline); thence along said westerly line, S 22020'
E, 71.05 feet to the point of intersection with the southerly
line of said parcel conveyed to Tatro; thence along said
