ginning along the NOrthern line of the above mentioned parcel of
land described in the Deed to Sanchez and the prolongation Westerly
thereof, South 6So 45' West 208.61 feet to agipe; thence North 200
0' West 81.52 feet to a pipe; thence north 68 45' East 204.15 feet
to a pipe in the Southwestern line of the Monterey Road, as said

BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City of Gilroy does hereby accept that certain Deed made by
EDWARD A. UHL to the CITY OF GILROY, dated the 18th day of December, 1958,
conveying the following described premises situated in the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, to the CITY OF GILROY, to wit:

be executed on Behalf of the City of Gilroy by the Mayor of said City.
