Easement over a Portion of Lots 67 and 68
of Tract No. 8563 to be Conveyed
to the City of Gilroy
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, being an easement for the installation and maintenance of public
utilities, public landscaping, and appurtenance thereto, under, over or upon that
certain parcel of land described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southerly terminus of the common line of Lots 67 and 68 of
Tract No. 8563, a map of which was filed for record in Book 655 of Maps at pages 39
through 43, Santa Clara County Records; said point lying on the Northerly line of
Longmeadow Drive, as shown on said tract; thence from said POINT OF
BEGINNING along said Northerly line of Longmeadow Drive and the Southerly
line of Lot 67 the following courses: from a tangent bearing of N89042' 46"W along a
curve to the right with a radius of 509.73 feet through a central angle of 0000'11" for
an arc length of 0.03 feet; and N89042'35"W 13.47 feet; thence leaving said Northerly
line of Longmeadow Drive the following courses: NOoo17'25"E 6.73 feet; S89042'35"E
13.47 feet; along a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 503.00 feet through a
central angle of 1032'27" for an arc length of 13.53 feet; SOl015'02"E 6.73 feet to a point
in said Northerly line of Longmeadow Drive; thence along said Northerly line from
a tangent bearing of S88044'58"W along a curve to the right with a radius of 509.73
feet through a central angle of 1 032'16" for an arc length of 13.68 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
