CORPORATION, hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF GILROY, a
municipal corporation, all that real property in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California,

All that certain real property situate in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
and being a portion of Lot V1b and V11a as shown on
Map No. 8 accompanying the Fin~l Report of the Referees
in the Partition of the Las Animas Rancho in the Superior
Court of the State of California, in and for the County
of Santa Clara, Case No. 5536, and being a 15.00 foot wide
strip of, land approximately 191 feet in length required for the
widening of Murray Avenue to a 75 foot width, and being
a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed to
Western Medical Enterprises, Inc., a California Corporation
from Hawaii and San Francisco Investment Company as shown
on a Grant Deed filed for record in the Office of the
County Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book 9401 of Official Records, at pages 640
and 641 therein, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said
Parcel I being on the Easterly line of Murray Avenue
(60 feet wide);
thence along said Easterly line of Murray Avenue,
N260 18' OO"W, 191.24 feet to the most Westerly corner of
said Parcel I;
thence along the Northwesterly line of said Parcel I,
N600 45'E, 15.02 feet;
thence along a line parallel 15.00 feet Easterly from
the said Easterly line of Murray Avenue, S260 18' OOnE,
191.24 feet to the point of intersection with the
Southeasterly line of said Parcel I;
thence along said Southeasterly line, S600 45'W,
15.02 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.066 acres
of land, more or less.
