All that certain real property situate in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, and being a portion of Lo~ Vlb and VIla as
shown on Map No. 8 accompanying the Final Report of the
Referees in the Partition of the Las Animas Rancho, in
the Superior Court of the State of California, in and
for the County of Santa Clara, Case No. 5536, and
being a strip of land approximately 87 feet in length
required for the w~dening of Murray Avenue to a 75 foot
width and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner, of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to Western Medical Enterprises,
Inc. by Grant Deed fro~ Hawaii and San Francisco Investment
Company filed for record in the Office of the County
Recorder of Santa Clara County, California, in Book 9401
of Official Records, at page 638 therein; said Southerly
corner being on the Easterly line of Murray Avenue
(60 feet wide);
thence along said Easterly line of Murray Avenue,
N260 18' OO"W, 87.76 feet;
thence N600 45'E, 15.02 feet;
thence S260 18' OOnE, 36.00 feet;
thence 8600 45'W, 6.00 feet;
thence S260 l8'E, 41.00 feet;
thence N700 45'E, 6.00 feet;
thence S260 18' OO"E, 10.76 feet to the Southeasterly
line of said lands conveyed to Western Medical Enterprises,
Inc.
thence along said Southeasterly line, S600 45'W, 15.02 feet
to the point of beginning, and containing 0.024 acres of land,
more or less.

I. the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I. as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
