~SOLUTION NO. 78-2
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESCINDING PRIOR RESOLUTIONS REGULATING WATER USE
WHEREAS. due to recent rainfall, cooler weather and decreasing
water demands, regulation of water use does not appear to be necessary
at this time, and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutions Nos. 77-16 and 77-75 regulating
water use in the City of Gilroy are hereby rescinded this date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1978, by the following
vote:
