RESOLUTION NO. 78-13
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT TO COVER INSTALLATION OF A 60 INCH STORM DFAIN ON
SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPAl~Y RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the Southern Pacific
Transportation Company for the installation of a sixty (60) inch
storm drain and has been submitted to the City Council for consider-
ation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1978, by the
