RESOLUTION NO. 78-25
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY REGARDING
PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Gilroy gives, and it does hereby give, notice of its approval
of the extension of the fundine period expiration date for Prior
Service liabilities from the date of June 30, 1980 currently
provided in said Agency's contract with the Board of Adminis-
tration, Public Employees' Retirement System, to a new date of
June 30, 1983 as of the expiration date of the funding period
for Prior Service liabilities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1978, by
the following vote:
