RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 29
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFOP~IA FOR COOPERATIVE PERSONNEL
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy desires to enter into an
Agreement with the State of California, California State Person-
nel Board, Cooperative Personnel Services Division for the pur-
pose of performing examining services for the City of Gilroy;and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby appoint Cecil A.
Reinsch, Personnel Director of the City of Gilroy to enter into
and sign said agreement for the services to be performed under
the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does approve the said contract agreement for said examining
services for a three (3) year period as stated in said contract
and authorizes execution of same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1978, by the
following vote:
