RESOLUTION NO. 78-30
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY TO CHANGE FAU LIMITS OF SANTA TERESA BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, present FAU limits on Santa Teresa Boulevard
extend from Hecker Pass Highway to approximately 2600 feet
north of Mantelli Drive.
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to change such
FAU limits along Santa Teresa Boulevard to new limits, extend-
ing from Hecker Pass Highway to 600 feet south of Hantelli
Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the
City Council petitions the State Department of Transportation
to change the FAU urban limit along Santa Teresa Boulevard
to new limits, extending from Hecker Pass Highway to 600 feet
south of Mantelli Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California on this
15th day of May, 1978, by the following vote:
