RESOLUTION NO. 78-32
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING
UNIFORM SWIMMING POOL CODE. 1976 EDITION.
WHEREAS. Section 6.1 of the Gilroy City Code provides that the
latest edition of V -form Construction Codes shall be submitted to
the Council to become effective within the City upon approval by
resolution, subject to possible modifications and amendments; and
WHEREAS, the 1976 Edition of the Uniform Swimming Pool Code
has been submitted without modifications or amendments and recommended
by the Senior Building Inspector for Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY that the Uniform Swimming Pool Code~ and the permit fees set
forth therein, is adopted and shall apply to all construction in the
City of Gilroy.
That a copy of this resolution be kept on file in the office of
the City Engineer for examination by interested persons.
